ALL APPOINTMENTS FOR CLEANING SERVICES MUST BE BOOKED ON THE BOOKING SITE. NO APPOINTMENTS WILL ACCEPTED OVER THE PHONE, EMAIL OR TEXT. BUT WE WILL ACCOMDATE FOR OUR ELDERLY AND DISABLED CUSTOMERS.
DEPOSITS FOR ALL CLEANING SERVICES ARE REQUIRED AND WILL NOT BE WAIVED. THE DEPOSIT ENSURES YOUR APPOINTMENT.
ALL CLEANING SERVICES WILL REQUIRE A SIGNED SERVICE AGREEMENT.
IF YOU ARE A DAILY CUSTOMER, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A 1 MONTH SERVICE AGRREMENT.
IF YOU ARE A WEEKLY/BI-WEEKLY CUSTOMER, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A 2 MONTH SERVICE AGRREMENT.
IF YOU ARE A MONTHLY/BI-MONTHLY CUSTOMER, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A 3 MONTH SERVICE AGRREMENT.
IF YOU ARE A EVERY 3 MONTH CUSTOMERS AND ONE TIME, DEEP CLEANING , YOU WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A SERVICE AGRREMENT.
ALL COMMERICAL CUSTOMERS MUST SIGN A 1 YEAR AGREEMENT.
YOU WILL HAVE 48 HOURS TO RESCHEDULE YOUR SERVICES.
IF YOU CANCEL UNDER THE 48 HOURS, YOU WILL HAVE A $75 FEE APPLIED TO YOUR ACCOUNT THAT MUST BE PAID WITHIN 7 DAYS. IF YOU CANCEL SAME DAY, YOU WILL HAVE A $100 FEE APPLIED TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND MUST BE PAID WITHIN 3 DAYS. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL VOID SERVICE AGREEMENT AND CANCELLATION OF ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
SERVICE AGREEMENTS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED UNLESS YOU SUBMIT A WRITTEN NOTICE. IF THE CANCELLATION IS WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAY FOR THE FULL SERVICES THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN PROVIDED. AFTER 45 DAYS, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLBLE FOR HALF OF THE SERVICES THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN PROVIDED.
